Q:Can customer make the credit card payment directly?
A:No, customer can only choose the credit card payment method through PayPal.

Q:Can customer choose the method of transportation?
A:We currently have three modes of transportation: China Post, EMS, DHL. Only China Post and EMS provide free shipping services, DHL requires additional fees.

Q:How long will parcel take to arrive?
A:It usually takes 7-15 working days to arrive to the destination country by standard shipping from the date that the order dispatched.

Q:Is Niceyrig product price included GST?
A:Yes, all Niceyrig product prices are GST included.

Q:Will there be any import tax on the product?
A:There might be import tax occurred, please contact Niceyrig Customer Service(niceyrig@outlook.com) at first  once the tax occurred.

Q:Can customer only purchase the product component instead of the entire product?
A:Yes, please contact Niceyrig Customer Service through email to get the related component product ID.

Q:Can the order be canceled?
A:If the order is under status awaiting fulfillment, customer can contact Niceyrig Customer Service niceyrig@outlook.com to cancel the order.
If the order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Q:Can the order be modified?
A:Order can be modified even it's placed successfully. Please contact Niceyrig Customer Service niceyrig@outlook.com to modify the order information.

Q:Can the shipping address be changed?
A:Shipping address can be modified even the order placed successfully. Please contact Niceyrig Customer Service niceyrig@outlook.com to modify it. However, if the items has been shipped out, the address cannot be modified.

Q:Can the order shipping method be changed?
A:If the order is under status awaiting fulfillment, the shipping method can be changed. However the shipping price difference will be re-calculated.

Q:Can customer provide PO. BOX as the shipping address?
A:Yes, Niceyrig accept the PO BOX address. But Niceyrig suggest customer provide the residential address.

Q:What is Niceyrig Return Policy?

Q:When will Niceyrig proceed the refund if customer has returned the product?
A:Once the authorized returned product is got back to Niceyrig Store and passed the inspection, the customer service will proceed the refund within 1-2 working days to customer's account.

Q: Can Niceyrig transfer the refund to customer's other account? Or use other transfer methods?
A: No. Once the refund is approved, Niceyrig will return the refund to the customer's payment account and the transfer method will only by paypal account.

Q:How can customer get support on how to use a product or to find out if Niceyrig product is compatible with some camera?
